This resort features 500 air-conditioned guestrooms in an 18-story building. All rooms have private balconies or terraces with views of Condesa Beach, nearby cliffside rock formations, and the ocean. Contemporary decor includes white-marble floors and light-wood furnishings. Rooms are offered in the European Plan (accommodations only), the All-Inclusive Plan, or the Semi-Inclusive Plan, depending on room category booked. All-Inclusive Plan - Rate includes the following:

Passports are advised and required for all travel outside of traveler's original country of residence.
All tax included in rate for the All Inclusive plan. EP Plan subject to 12% tax.
For the All-Inclusive Package (which is based on double occupancy), includes: Daily meals a la carte or buffet at the hotel restaurants during normal open hours. Unlimited Domestic and International drinks and cocktail served during normal open hours of bars. Servi Bars are not included.
Both EP and All Inclusive are available.
EP Plan-children 12 and under sharing a room with parent stay free--Maximum 2 kids per room.
All-Inclusive: One child per adult sharing the room (maximum 2 people per room) at no extra cost (Meals Based on Kids Menu).
No room charges for children, 12 and under, when they use existing bedding in the same room as their parents, Rollaway and cribs can be available upon request in advance.
